RAPS Consultancy Services Private Limited provides you the services of sharing the latest IT technologies knowledge through a unique concept we have named “Center of Excellence”. A centre of excellence refers to a team or an entity that provides best practices, research, support and/or training for a focus area as in this case will be the technology. As in terms of technology, the centre of excellence concept is associated with new software tools.

Besides this, our idea is to give an up-market yet professional approach to this concept. The primary objective of this exercise being our concept of COE is providing the apprentice with hands on development of latest applications in the market rather than telling about the technologies itself and/or the programming languages.


FOCUS OF "CENTER OF EXCELLENCE”

COE’s primary focus is on enhancing the skill sets by working on the latest technological applications being currently used in the market rather than introduction of various programming languages through smart sessions at your doorstep. Within an organization, a center of excellence may refer to a group of people, a department or a shared facility. It may also be known as a competency center or a capability center. The term may also refer to a network of institutions collaborating with each other to pursue excellence in a particular area.

In technology companies, the center of excellence concept is often associated with new software tools, technologies or associated business concepts such as service-oriented architecture or business intelligence. In academic institutions, a center of excellence often refers to a team with a clear focus on a particular area of research; such a center may bring together faculty members from different disciplines and provide shared facilities. To create generations of IT innovators who will take the Indian IT industry into the future.

NOTE

At RAPS Consultancy Services Private Limited, background verification is a joining prerequisite. If it is found that a candidate has falsified their credentials, it would mean summary termination of employment and subsequent reporting of the breach of integrity to a national skills registry formed under the auspices of the Indian IT industry body NASSCOM. Once a candidate is reported for breach of integrity, the breach is permanently recorded in his/her employment record and the data is visible at the national level for all future employers.
